Magnifier on arm - A large glass on an arm that clamps to the edge of a desk, another arm holds a small desk lamp for extra light.
Small magnifier with light - A small magnifier which can be carried in a pocket, with an integral light aimed at the place being magnified. Mains or battery operated.
Line magnifier - A long, straight magnifying glass suitable for magnifying one or two lines of text at a time. Very portable.
Hands free magnifier - A large magniying glass which can be held or with a loop to be supported by the users neck.
Large magnifier with lamp - A large magnifier with a lamp built in around the glass, giving bright illumination to the magnified area. The unit is supported on a jointed arm that clamps to the edge of a desk or table.
Neon lamp - A long rectangular lamp which holds a neon bulb, giving a very bright light without the intense heat other desk lamps can have.
Magnifier with lamp - Another magnifier with an attached light, this one is slightly smaller and freestanding on a weighted base. The black exterior with chrome springs gives it a smarter look than other large magnifiers.
