Water is a most beneficial place in which to exercise and rejuvinate - our bodies seem to remember the watery enviroment before our birth, and the sense of relaxation and peace that can be attained - well it can be just as helpful and beneficial as the physical benefits we gain.

So, just for one minute (it's not a long time - just one) have a play with the image below, water without water - just gently drift your mouse over it, and admire the water rippling, allow it to be your focus for a short while and let the worries of the day drift backwards away - a few moments of rest while your eyes watch the ripples.
