As you can see here, some members use magnifying glasses to work on their paintings. If this is not enough, our art teacher (a retired professional artist) will paint in dark guide lines for the painter to follow, giving them a chance to get used to painting without worrying about exact proportions of the overall picture.
For many of our members this can be the first painting they have done since they were at school, which may have been a long time ago! So we cover everything from basic ideas up to very delicate landscapes. Examples of our members paintings can be found in our on-line gallery.
