A certain number of activities and projects
are compulsory for groups like the Foundation Stage or children with
special needs. But we also offer optional activities and the children
decide themselves which activities they are interested in doing.

We consider parents as partners in learning. We appreciate a two-way flow
of information, knowledge and
expertise and we would welcome parent’s ideas for the Children’s
Centre.
We provide information about all our activities, our aims and objectives
and it is important for us to keep
in touch and to talk with parents or guardians about their child’s
progress and achievements on a regular basis.
Information on various aspects of Children's conditions is key to understanding and supporting - and this is an ideal environment for learning. Entertainment is equally important and our TV room is ideal for both.
Sleep is essential for healing, strength, peace of mind, both of the Child and of the Parent, and so the Sussex Lantern Integrated Children's Center offers comprehensive facilities to allow the child to relax and sleep in a peaceful and quiet enviroment.
